1. The Services

Checkflow is a web-based service that helps users manage recurring monthly checklists, organize documents, and track completion of periodic tasks and obligations. The Services are provided for organizational and productivity purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including accounting, legal, tax, or compliance advice.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws and professional requirements relevant to your activities.

2. Accounts and Access

To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content and Documents

You retain full ownership of all files, documents, and other content you upload to the Services ("User Content").

By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content and do not analyze, sell, or reuse it outside the operation of the Services.

4. Emails and Communications

You may also instruct the Services to send emails on your behalf (for example, sharing documents with team members, clients, or service providers). You remain responsible for the content and recipients of such messages.

• Upload malicious code or excessively large files intended to abuse the system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions, except as required by law.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. Upon termination, access to your account and User Content may be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your specific workflow, operational, or compliance requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSCM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
